Preferred Stock Lingo
Type - Issuance type such as Preferred Stock or Fixed Income.
Liquidation Preference - In a liquidation event, the amount the holder
     is entitled to if there is available funds.
Stated Yield - The annual dividend rate which the security pays.
Annual Dividend - The annual dividend per share using the Liquidation
     Preference multiply by the State Yield.
Dividend Frequency - How often the dividend is paid.
Cumulative preferred stock - dividends are accumulate if preferred stock is not paid. 
Redeemable - The Issuer has the option to redeem the issue before maturity.
Earliest Redemption Date - The earliest date which the company may
     exercise it's option to redeem the issue.
Maturity - The date when the issues matures and becomes due.
Convertible - Holders of convertible preferred stock have the option to convert the
preferred stock into another security, usually common stock.
Shares - The number of share of common stock the issue converts into.
Conversion Price - The price at which the issue is converted to common stock.
Earliest Force Conversion Date - The earliest date which the company may
     exercise it's option to force the conversion of the issue to common stock.
Price (Date) Yield - The price at the given date and what the yield was on the
     date
